Watch the Oscars from home. During the intervals, we can see the audiences heading out of the theatre into the lobby. For next year - assuming we won't be attending (!) - we need to get some binoculars. The day before the Oscars we brought our dog Edith over to the theatre and walked her down the red carpet. We managed to get to the end of the carpet before we were surrounded by security and escorted out. We told them that Edith was named after legendary costume designer Edith Head, but they weren't having it.
