The last part of the day's filming was spent shooting Marilyn Manson doing Christina. The apartment is tiny and it’s broiling hot. But Manson is happy as a skylark looping Christina’s lines over and over. He is a total riot in his costume and he channels Christina with such uncanny precision its possible to believe she's back from the grave (he's so into the role he arrived on set with his own wig and prosthetic butt!). Afterwards we all take a snapshot on the roof. Back down on the street a small crowd of local kids gather outside the trailer. They are thrilled when Manson suggests they feel his titties. It feels more silly than demonic.
