After lunch we shoot in the abandoned bowling alley in the basement. Old condom wrappers are littered around. It’s genuinely gross. Then we move on to the scene in which Mac first meets Keoki. We've had a couple of Red Bulls, popped a couple of jet lag pills and the moment we sit in the directors chairs can feel ourselves nodding off. So the only thing to do is stand for the rest of the shoot.

Final scene of Mac on the phone from prison goes smoothly. It’s a long, long scene and we are lucky to get through without much in the way of interruptions.

And then the last thing we have to do is an insert that Mac reminds us we forgot to get of him stepping off the tarp onto Gatien’s antique rug the first time they come face to face.
